Applets    and    Cotlets    is    only    a    small factory   in   Cashmere.   Mostly   they   make sweets,    but    they    also    make    jam    and things   like   that.   As   it   is   a   pretty   small place,   it   is   easy   to   find   one’s   way   round the    p l a c e . N e x t    to    the    factory    there    is a   small   shop   where   you   can   buy   their products but also other items. It was smaller than I expected. It is just a very     small    f a c t o r y . T h e    people    in     the shop   there   are   very   friendly   and   they like talking to you about the factory. I    like     it    because    it    is    small    a n d v e r y    straightforward.    I    was    only    in     the    shop    because    for going into the factory you have to make a reservation. And I think this sight is for people who   are   interested   in   apples,   sweets   and   local   industries.   I   only   tried   their   signature candy    (the    o r i gin a l “ A p p l e t s    and    Cotlets”    and    it    is     very     good.    So    I    think    it    is    OK    to   pay for it.

! M y tip: You have to make a reservation in time. If you made no reservation, you cannot go into the factory.
